Dr. Ashley Kelly
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Kelly obtained her doctorate in Organizational Change & Leadership from the University of Southern California. She completed her graduate studies at USC in Learning Design Technology and has her undergraduate degree in Health Administration. Dr. Kelly brings extensive experience in executive leadership from the healthcare, hospitality, and non-profit sectors. She is a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach and holds her certification in Organizational Design and is a Senior Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management.

Founder & President
Ryan Kelly holds a Master’s in Business Administration and healthcare Management along with an undergraduate degree in Psychology. Ryan brings diversified experience as a leader in higher education and a chief executive in the business and marketing industries.
